In case you didn't see the link on Sew in, please look at this one. I think they are beautiful:

WOW! That looks like a lot of work but awesome ending. Not sure I would ever use for a potholder tho. Hang on wall for all to admire, just don't touch and get dirty. LOL
Thank you. I pinned this one so I can go back and look again. I have this pattern in one of my mags but don't think they did it this way. Will have to go look again if I can find that mag.
Made my day. Enjoyed watching the video. But feel sorry for the poor guy. He said he didn't have an iron. Male ingenuity. LOL

ShirleyMae,
LOL at the guy with no iron. It makes me go Hmmmmm, that if you can sew, you should use and own an iron for all that pressing! Duh!

Very pretty! I saw one done as a table topper and it was very, very heavy. I think the pot holder is a neat idea. It is too pretty to use on a daily basis, but so pretty to hang up for decoration.
Might have to try this some day.

I made one and its a lot easier than you think. The whole process took an hour. I used iron of course so that I am sure used more time LOL
It turned out really nice I really like it. Too pretty to use thought more art deco for the kitchen:))

I love those pot holders. I made a couple for my Secret Santa Elf. If they get dirty, they are washable.
