Good afternoon from warm, sunny, SW. Pa....
AND where is everyone????I've been busy and just getting here and it's so lonely!
Mary, are you out driving that tractor and forgot about us? How lucky for the Scottish Beast to have that much property to claim as his own...
Jana, hope Michael is feeling better and your duties as nurse are over...And I am very honored that you picked my b'day for your wedding...Hope you have as many anniversaries as I have/had birthdays...
Becca, Today is the day, isn't it? I can feel the vibrations the whole way up here....Enjoy every moment.....
Today is relish making day at our house...We use an old, old grinder that you have to manually turn and after awhile, the shoulder/arm gets tired...But, being the nice person that he is, Jim volunteered and did all the grinding....It's on cooking now and the house smells like vinegar, onions, cinnamon and I just love it....It is a great way to use up all the little green tomatoes and tastes so good on meat loaf...Even tastes good on liver, lol....
As far as our dinner, I'm thinking back to the outside grill...Haven't had burgers this week so that and potato salad should taste pretty good....
So what aromas do you have going on in your kitchen????
Happy eating...............
