Happy Thurday!!
i'm sad to have to say it but this quilter is going to be out of commission for awhile recovering from tendinitis/carpal tunnel in my hand so in the meantime i will just sit back, watch QIAD on Youtube, and enjoy quilting from the sidelines while counting down the days until i can get back into the quilting routine again. wishing my fellow quilting friends a happy thursday and god bless to you all.

Hi, don't know your name, QuiltGal24, but I'm sorry to hear you are out of commission for a time.
Hope you can surf by, while you are recovering. Can be a good time to plan some new projects.
Will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.
Hugs,
Lyn

Casey, so sorry to hear you will be out of quilting commission. I'd rather give up wine and chocolate than quilting! I've had tennis elbow 3 times and each time it took about a year to heal. Except the last time - I have a great massage therapist and he worked on my arm for just one session and within 2 to 3 weeks, the problem was resolved! Just sayin' - maybe you can hurry your healing along . . . They are similiar injuries . . .
And as Lyn said, a great time to plan new projects, reqcquaint yourself with your books, organize patterns, go through magazines, make notes, etc.
Get well soon!

Re: Happy Thurday!!
Thank you all. i'm out of my splint and into a brace that allows me more movement of my hand. i'm hoping to be back to quilting by october if i can get the pain and numbness under control. until then i am well stocked on magazines so i can get plenty of projects in my lineup list.
