SUPPER CLUB - Fri, June 20th

Well, I'm still here at our RV Rally. And I'm still eating! Just not cooking much. Last night's supper was all the tasty appetizers that people brought to our wine-tasting party last night. There were probably about 80-100 folks there. DH and I and one other couple are the hosts of this rally event.

Today is another long quilting session in the clubhouse. And tonite is the big potluck supper. I'm putting baked beans into the crockpot about noon. And I have a German Chocolate cake in the freezer that I made at home. I brought canned frosting for it. Tomorrow the trailer factory is hosting a big BBQ so no cooking tomorrow either! Loving this!

Tonight I am trying a recipe I found on Pinterest. French Onion soup Meatballs - changing it slightly, as I don't cook with wine. Love french onion soup.

Mary, what fun!! And hardly any "cooking"! Sounds like a great time.

We had BBQ chicken in the oven, cause it rained the afternoon, so no grilling. And a salad and corn on the cob. Pretty good, but a little warm!

I hope this humidity leaves soon...the PNW sounds like great weather to me! lol!!
