Supper Club - Wednesday - June 18th

Today has stopping raining/snowing here and is beautiful! Just a few puffy clouds blowing through. We even had a tornado north of us - didn't touch down. All things happen here in the Mountain West! LOL At least not all at once!

Dinner - There are a few left overs from Monday's dinner - might take all the meat off the BBQ'd ribs and make sandwiches out of that and add a nice caesar salad. We will be gone shopping for the new stove in the kitchen. No mine didn't break, just burns everything that you put in the oven - so I am getting the same as I had in my kitchen in California, as part of the remodel of this kitchen. Loved that stove in California - it was wonderful! The new/old one here - it is only 2 years old, will get donated somewhere.

Hello JANA & others,Was sunny but now thunder storm.Cannot imagine snow in June.

We had chicken breast left.Dh wants a sandwich of them.And salad & green beans.Ice cream for later.

JANA No fun when a stove doesnot work right.Hope you get one u love.

Evening All!

Yep, another hot one in Southeast Texas! No cooking for me. DH made meat loaf, and I made rice and green beans for dinner yesterday. Today will be leftovers. My DGG (10) is here with us and she will have soup instead. Desert is sweet potato pie.

Hi Everyone,
It will be roast chicken, mashed potatoes and peas and a salad. For afters we have leftover desserts from last evening at the guild. I made a chiffon lemon cake (only one slice left) and also have some orange cookies and a little brownie. We certainly won't go hungry. There is also some ice cold watermelon in the refrigerator.
