SUPPER CLUB - Tues. June 17

Hi, all!
Wow! It's 2:30pm and no one is at the table yet! I thought I'd be the last one here!
Go for that CS, Carol! Don't let it buffalo you! Once you get into it, it's not hard. Just time-consuming. Pieces are pieces, whether they be big or small.
Becca - Do your kids have a place to go in WA when they get there? It's really a very pretty little town right on Hood Canal, part of Puget Sound. The Olympic Peninsula side of the Sound. Known for their oysters. As you know, oysters aren't my thing, but some crazy folks do like them! As for your other kids, been thinking of them, too, on their biking trip. You said they were hoping to follow a lot of the Oregon Trail. And the area we're in now is right on the Oregon Trail. There is a museum in Baker City, OR, just 40 mi east of our present location that is the best museum I've ever seen - all about traveling the Oregon Trail. And there are actual wheel ruts still in the ground outside that you can see.
Last night we had meatloaf, baked potatoes and sliced tomatoes. Tonite will be a rerun of that, I think. It's been raining off and on all day (it's on again now) so it's putting a bit of a damper on our RV Rally. Everyone is holed up inside their rig waiting for a break in the weather. Hope it's sunnier skies over your supper tonite!
