Good Morning!

CAROL - Thank you for the nice comments on my quilt. I think it took me about 2 weeks to make it, but when I sew, that's pretty much all I do - sew. All day long. I'm not particularly fast or good - just obesessed! hope you stay dry today! And what's with this s---n you sneaked in for supper last night???

IRISH - that's hard work, building those rockeries! I did it last year. But it will be so pretty with all those impatients! as for camping, I miss the smell of an old canvas tent, but I don't miss sleeping on the ground! I enjoy our rolling 'cabin' (or 'Little House on the Freeway' as it says on our license plate holder) with it's queen bed, real toilet, stove, refrigerator, couch, TV. We do enjoy cooking outside when we can and sitting around the campfire. But we're not actually 'camping'. We're RV'ing. And I love it all!

No cooking for us again tonite. We're going to celebrate Warren and Lois's 60th anniversary. We're on champagne detail and other folks are bringing flowers, balloons, and snacks. the facility will feed us dinner and the chef is making a cake for them. They are pretty rickety but they made it to 60 years!

Good morning from sunny but still a little chilly, SW. Pa...It's supposed to get up in the 70s so I'm happy....

Mary, I would love, love to "camp" the way you do, but still can't convince the old man....Heck, I can't even talk him into that little place in Florida...You're right about rocks and hard work, my muscles can attest to it...Today is another 2 flats but no rock building, I hope...
Your evening sounds great...When Jim and I have our 60th in October, will you bring the champagne? If it's like any other anniversary, we usually forget, lol....
The other day you had mentioned you haven't watched Survivor...I have watched that darn show since the 1st season (the one with the nude Richard Hatch, ugh)...I was very upset with the winner, even though he played a good game, he didn't deserve it...I was rooting for the younger fellow, Spencer...Oh well, now to wait for the next season...

As far as dinner, that's a good one! I have no idea...Jim just had a hot dog for lunch so that's out. Could be a good day for "mustgos", although there's not much in the left over department..Oh well, one thing, we won't starve.....Jim does think the oven is broken, I haven't baked in awhile...I might have to break down and make something......

Well, best get outside....

Working on packing up knickknacks in living and dining rooms. Just had some leftover pizza for a late lunch. Now I'm tired. Wonder if I could sneak in a nap?

Dinner will be a large salad with leftover chicken thighs topping it off.

Yep, a nap.
