SUPPER CLUB - Wed, April 2nd

Sorry to be late for this very important date! It was suddenly time to meet my neighbor to walk, after which we had drop in company, and then I had to scurry off to a hair appointment. Finally I'm back! Just as well, I WAS going to have pork chops tonite, but this is supposed to be our last dry day so I put the chops back in the freezer and I think we'll BBQ burgers instead and maybe have a campfire outside while we eat them. I'd love some jo-jo's with 'em but I think we'll make do with salad instead.
IRISH, 'your' eagles are so fun! did you hatch your third one yet? I did know that it's illegal to possess feathers, but I know very little else about them. They are so majestic!

Good late afternoon from semi warm, semi sunny, SW. Pa.....We are late today, aren't we? But better late than never.....
Mary, don't blame you for being outside every chance you get.....Those pork chops will wait......
And I haven't checked in the last hour but that 3rd egg hadn't hatched...Today is supposed to be the day but you know how babies are....Watching the parents feed them is priceless...Those little rascals are learning to battle each other.....
I of course spent the day in the closet...And now, I can say, I came out (for the rest of the day)....I've been painting, have Jim's side done and maybe tomorrow, If I can move, I'll get my side done....
And for dinner, this is clean out the frig day....I have a little stew left over along with the left over tiny mac n cheese and fries from yesterday....Just a regular banquet! Poor Jim is still eating store bought cookies but he also has ice cream to go with them....

Good afternoon,
I have a lovely corned beef brisket that will be dinner. Even though I cooked a ton, the other week, I neded some!
Wish I could say a beautiful day here, we have had snow, rain and grapple. There's always tomorrow!

Good Evening Ladies.83 here today with full sun.Did get my beets planted & flowers also.Hope they come up.
IRISH That sounds so neat about the Eagles.I have seen it on tv but think yours would be great to watch.I would be in closet too.LOL
MARYz I get out every chance I get.Got lots done today plus got my 3 mile walk in.All my uglies got done too.
I grilled burgers for DH & chicken breast for me.Made him big limas.(DRIED)I had a green salad & strawberries.....Becca
