So far, the only visitor has been a fox. I wonder what the mix would be with a border collie / fox mixture? Really don't want to find out.

Susie, would they even mate? I have seen wolf/dog combos that are such pretty dogs but very very big and can be dangerous. Knew a friend from Prescott, AZ that had one at an RV park.

My DH had a pet red fox as a kid and made a very dear pet. They have such pretty fur too. Might make cute puppies. LOL

Love your pretty huge snowflakes. WE had some of those yesterday too here in Missouri but more wet than sticking. But wet bushes and grass froze over night so sparkly out this am.

thanks for pics. Winter is not quite over with yet. Hugs, Shirley Mae

That is a beautiful fox! I can't imagine it mating with a dog, but maybe yours is a Foxy Lady!

Snow looks like what was outside here yesterday afternoon.

Fox! Aren't you scared for your animals? They'll be more later?
Or is this due to weather around US/Canada, they are looking for food.

Mind you I live in a Capital city, and 1block over, have noticed wolves in their yard. Really freaky.. I worry for my cat I watch closely.

We have all kinds of critters in our yard and we only live one mile from town. We have coyotes, opossums, raccoons, skunks, and I am sure there are more that we haven't seen. Of course, we don't go out and try to pet them. The little dog stays inside the fence and the cats - well - good luck. Since we are supporting the dog, we DO NOT want any puppies!!
