Good morning from sunny but still cold, SW. Pa...This is Wed. isn't it? And it's also President Lincoln's birthday, right? I still think we should have his birthday "party" today as well as celebrate Washington's on the 22nd, with a cherry pie...Jim's birthday is on Sat. and of course he thinks "president's day" is just for him.....

Not much happening, nothing scheduled and that could mean trouble...When I start looking, I manage to find things I might not want too, lol....

Lyn, I see you have a Mr.Schwann...Their chicken is great, we really loved the Kiev...I do miss having my Mr. Schwann visit, especially in the summer....But, my guy went on to bigger and better and we don't get to see him...Can't go wrong with any of their food....

My oven is working fine (darn) and our chicken dinner was pretty darn good..So, guess who's having a repeat of last night's dinner???And Jim enjoyed the cinnamon rolls for breakfast and he can also have another for afters....My neighborly handy man, buddy Ted, has a birthday tomorrow and I'm going to bake an apple/bundt cake and take him some...He's diabetic and has to watch but he does love his sweets...

So, who else wants to celebrate birthdays with a goodie or 2......

Dorothy - sorry to burst Jim's bubble about President's Day being for his birthday - it really is for mine and Sarah's! They are both tomorrow - LOL Happy Birthday to Jim on Saturday!

Dinner - I think that tacos or Nachos will grace the table tonight - simple and easy - I already know about tommorow's dinner - it is out!

Irish, I do believe that Earl would love to come and live with you! His favorite is cherry pie!

Well, we will go to Mama's Grill tonight...Earl's pick, even though I was going to cook..he got a hug for that! lol!

To tell the truth, I haven't cooked since Sunday when we had cheeseburgers...

That sun is out today and I believe that the temp finally made it to freezing...32 deg. And it will gradually get warmer each day...yeah!!! Just in time for Dorothy's trip down South.
