Hi, All!!

I know my meals have been it and miss here, but never fear - I've not lost an ounce!! We're on the move again and are making our way across southern AZ. I LOVE the saguaro cacti foresting the landscape. They are awesome "critters". They are fifty years old before they form their first 'arm' and many of the ones here have many arms on their arms! And each one is different and each one has a personality. We are camped today right in the middle of a grove of them. How special!

We'll be moving on to Deming, NM today and will be eating with our own QIAD's Tina tonite. She will be surprising us with whatever she surprises us with. But I'm sure it won't be "some people's" version of mac & cheese!

So what's everyone else's plans??

Good morning from sunny, COLD, SW. Pa...Not going to say a nasty word about the weather, but I'm thinking it!.....

Mary, so glad to see you and also glad you're eating...Don't want you to wither away...I had to laugh when I started reading your post...."On the move again", sounds like you're running from the law, lol....You will be taking pictures of your special dinner tonight, won't you? What fun to meet up with a fellow/gal quilter...Very interesting about the cacti....

Becca, we love zucchini bread but I use raisin instead of the nuts...Of the 2 loaves I made, I think I might have had a sliver and it was good....

For our dinner, it's going to be a repeat of last night...Whatever that was that I had made turned out pretty darn good....Now there is a chance we might go shopping AND if that happens, there will be food somewhere along the way and this dinner will keep until tomorrow.....Love those leftovers................

Happy eating..........

Left over, potato soup. It's so rainy and cold here, that it sound like a "soup" night.
