Do you remember as a teenager, doing cross stitching on tea towels or pillowcases? You would iron on the transfer and there were many patterns available.
I would love to teach my granddaughters how to do this but I cannot find any cross-stitch transfers anywhere. What I find use other stitches and I don't know how to do those. Most "cross stitch" today is the counted cross stitch and that's not what I'm looking for.
Does anyone know of where I can buy these transfers?

I know what you mean and Aunt Martha's is a brand that has several of those kinds of patterns I think. Though other stitches aren't that hard. Maybe you can teach yourself new stitches as you teach your DGDs. Good luck!
