Thankyou for your sweet and funny comments! Apolta!! I AM your age, LOL! My toooooooooooooooo young child had a baby ( Sooo, I'm a young Granny. All of my friens are just now having their babies or trying to get pregnant and I'm a Granny already. Makes me feel sorta weird ) Oh well.

You guys that posted are soo pretty! And those kids are darling ) I want to see more of my friends, come on guys....post those pics! Amie )

Amie... there is nothing wrong with being a young granny... you will be able to keep up with them a lot better... at least that is what my Mom says... she is not as young as you but still fairly young she will be 51 this July... she has more spunk then I've got that's for sure... Anywho I enjoyed seeing your pictures!

These are real recent pics, just got back from CA on May 10th!

Here I am with Sydney, who turns 5 on May 27th! Last time I saw her in person, she had just turned 1, time sure flys!






Here is one our youngest Gd, Bridget, who turned two while we were there! First time meeting her, for me anyway. This was taken at the zoo there....







Now, I will check & see if I did it right, lol, enjoy!

We landed at SF airport, then got a rental car & drove about a half hour to downtown San Jose. Stayed at the Marriott, 19th floor, great view of the city & the distant mountains. Arrived on Tuesday, then he had three days of the workshop. I did alot of walking around, but not much shopping as there weren't really any good shops or stores in that part of town. Great restaurants though, we ate at alot of different places while in that area. Sat. morn., we drove down to Selma, just a half hour from Fresno, & we visited with family & friends in the surrounding areas, like Fresno, Kingsburg & Exeter. Got to stay with SD, SIL & grands, so that was nice & got to see alot more of them that way. Headed back to SF on Friday, spent the night in a hotel near the airport & was up at 3am to catch the airport shuttle & flew back to Charlotte,NC from there, got in our VW bus & drove home from there. So CA was good to us, really enjoyed this trip, but am so glad to be home again! We both grew up there, but it was my trip back since 2001 & I sure saw alot of changes, & growth, of course....
