According to my watch thingy I have walked 2.3 miles and taken 6153 steps and burned 1505 calories. Don't know how accurate it is but as long as I add to the numbers every day I should be on the right track.

My youngest son bought me a smart health watch from Amazon or some place. It tracks miles, steps and calories and is also a normal watch. It has a heart monitor or pulse thing on it but it does stress it is not a health tool. I just use it to keep track of steps.

Wonder if I can get to 2. 5 before the night is done?

Ok 3.1 miles with 8138 steps. I just wanted to get to 2.5 and some how the steps were 6667 so I had to walk more. Then it took forever to change. Done for the night.

tonight's dinner was spaghetti and meat balls... I used spaghetti squash instead of noodles...lots of spaghetti squash in one of those squashes...

tomorrow will be taco's.. mine will be a taco salad... the "dressing" will be salsa mixed with sour cream.. yummo...

I think I did pretty good today, hope we all do well tomorrow.

Chriss , you did real well at dinner. Healthy too. I had the taco salad at the Elk's taco night but no chips or sour cream . Used the salsa as the dressing, pretty good.

Kho You go girl!!!! 3.1 miles. You are a dedicated woman. Keep it up. I have an UP by Jawbone. It does the same thing as yours. Hmm haven't checked it today, Wait, I will check and see how many steps I did. I have to hook mine up to the phone. I walked 5,749steps, but only slept 2 h 54 min.. Yes, it keeps track of sleep too. My goal is to walk 8,000 steps a day. Obviously, I didn't make is yesterday . Lol

Well I am off to get a cuppa. Keep moving.

Sandy, Chriss and Carole you all are doing fantastic! We were going to have fish last night but DD and the Grands were here till almost 7 so I just had salad with some shredded beef in it :o) it was yummy and fast :o) I didn't sleep very well last night, woke up at 3:15 and couldn't go back to sleep.....I'll be dozing with Easton today I'm sure LOL

I am down two pounds so far this week... I didn't start this till the weigh in on Tuesday

I have stayed away from anything sweet... last nights taco salad will be today's lunch... tonight's dinner will be bbq tri tip and some zucchini and salad...

ps, still haven't touched the leftover baked potato's from Monday's dinner, they are still in the fridge and by now I would have had them for lunch.. no white food for this girl

TINA A big shout out to you for inspiring us all.This plan really works.I had cut out grains a long time ago & watched sugar.It is fresh veggies & fruit here with a serving of fish or chicken.Thank you again & I hope everyone is doing well with theirs.I also walk 3 miles a day.Makes me feel better....Becca

Chriss, sounds like you're doing great! I made DH white potatoes last he hadn't had any for so long I felt sorry for him, I didn't eat any :o)
Becca, I'll be glad to be able to start walking :o) I'm hoping either the end of this month or next :o)
