I have opened a wt loss training camp here on the farm it is the natural Nordic Track and the new inclined treadmill :)) I have all the natural free wts you need: bales of hay and feed buckets:)

Its a guarantee you will feel your butt burn in this work out; your abs will ache and you will tone up every muscle --even those you didnt know you had-- in your body.

And best thing is its FREEE!!! come one come all:))

Izzy

LOL after watching DH treck through the snow up hill I just about laughed into a tinkle:)) I told him people pay for equipment that he just did for free:)) Note: I was sitting in buggy I am the trainer with the mostest LOL

Lucie, you so can do this. I am working on getting my sugar down too. I am pre-diabetic and have a husband who bakes and can eat all the sweets in the world and not have an issue. Dang men.

Tina you're dong great. I sure wish I was at the 40 pound mark instead of the 15. I am going to try to hit it really hard and get back on track. Are you still doing the caveman diet?

Becca, only two pounds over the holiday's is pretty darn good. you will shed them in no time. I think I have lost a zillion pounds just blowing my nose this morning. Darn allergies.

Katy, Glad you're staying the same. I am the same too. It's good to be the same but great to be a loser. I so am not working hard enough to get the weight off and need to take is seriously. But I am lazy.

Izzy, where do I sign up for camp. I am so glad DH is doing well enough to walk up that hill.

I really need to get back on track. I have been pretty good about not snacking or eating sweets. But I need to move more.

Wow, seems like forever that I checked in here, sorry about that.
Chriss, yeppers I'm still on the caveman diet :-) I gained about 3 pounds, I think it's the swelling I have in my left leg and foot from my sciatic nerve problem, I had to give up my socks and shoes yesterday it was hurting so bad, that did help it feel a little less tight. We're starting the planning stages of our garden :-) that'll help too when I start getting fresh veggies again.

I also have been missing in action . Had some health issues to get through, but here. I am. TOPS weigh in was today and I loss .06 lbs. I tell myself that it is a loss and better than a gain. I am going to boost it up this week. Wish we luck.

well hello everyone! :o) WOW it's been 2 whole months since I checked in! Oh my goodness! Naughty me! LOL
Well I'm the same on weight but at least haven't gained any :o) I was off eating zucchini for awhile and I'm back to that as of yesterday, let's see if that makes a difference? How are you all doing?

Ahhhhh there you are Tina!!!!! It rained all night and most of the morning here. Thunder and lightening too! We don't get much rain in AZ. so Luke was not liking the thunder.. Lol He would bark at it.

I have to get back on a diet. I feel just awful, but am having such a hard time getting back on it. Will try to do better starting tomorrow. Doesn't it seem funny to eat veggies in the am. Not sure I could do that, but whatever works. Right?

Hug,

Carole

Funny Luke :o) Carole funny thing is I love cereal for breakfast and I really missed that but now I usually have a bowl of salad, fast and simple, when I'm out of salad I actually miss it now LOL I crave that salad :o) Frankie makes a big bowl of salad with lettuce, purple cabbage, carrots and radish. When I'm doing my am salad I throw some of this salad in a bowl, add about a 1/3 of an apple chopped up, turkey if I have it (if not I add whatever protein I have), celery, about 15 dried cranberries and my salad dressing and I really like it :o)
