I'm wondering how everyone is doing? We have a new forum baby coming today how exciting. I just love this I don't get to be involved in many births.

I've been thinking about this new little baby all morning, too! While we wait, how about we guess what sex it is and how much it weighs and see who comes the closest?? I'll send a fat quarter to whomever comes closest to the actual stats!

I think it's a little boy and will weigh 8lbs. -2 oz.

Dear quilterbee,

My son was born the day after my 18th birthday. I didn't have a clue what to do with him when he was laid in my arms the first time. Thank God for my mother. You son will need you now more that ever. That was 33 years ago. Since that time my daughter has given birth to 2 son's and my son has 1 son. My grandson's are the light of my life. I wouldn't change being a grandmother for all the world. Especially when my oldest gs was about 3 or 4. I was trying to get him to go to sleep. He was quiet for awhile so I thought he was sleeping. He said "Grandma I love you." I'll never forget that as long as I live. Good luck to you and your family.

Karen
