I just called my friend in the hospital. She was getting ready to go back to therapy. She said she is doing pretty well, just not eating. I told her she was wanting to lose weight anyway--needs to for the new knees. She hopes to go to acute care rehab tomorrow or Monday and then home in 5 days.

xteacher, that is good news!!!

DH is in so much pain, he knees lock up, etc. I'll be glad to have him get them done - and I know he is. Now if he can just make it until September!
