I already have this pattern from the 2010 QIAD Block Party and it is a "pdf" file. They have sent the pattern by email to outsiders (non USA residents).

What might happened is that the response was bigger than the quantity of patterns they have in stock. If they ran out, I think they should email the pattern pdf file. This is my 2 cents.
