sUPPER CLUB - Tuesday, Sept 18
Good morning!
Early morning after a long day yesterday. Stayed up late (for us) to watch the Seahawks lose. I'll be draggin' tonite! I've got our lunch made for the day and spaghetti sauce in the crockpot. Yesterday was only a 60-mile ride, guided by sheriff and deputies. had a wonderful dutch oven lunch and then anyone who brought firearms and wanted to shoot, the sheriff set up all their department shooting targets. We were in a safe place for shooting. I didn't shoot but Bill did well until he ran out of ammo. Had a catered dinner last night at fairgrounds, where this jamboree is headquartered, and the menu was almost identical to what we had at lunch. And only 1/4 as good.
PAM, great news about your brother!
JANA, glad the fires are out and hope the kid is subjected to a punishment that will 'learn him a good lesson'. Not likely, though, if his parents aren't willing to make him own up to his wrongdoing.
TINA - happy birthday to maria! a day or two late. What color(s) are you wearing for the wedding?
BECCA - glad you are safe and hope all your family is. My niece and family that live on NC coast went inland to her parents' who were OK with only rain and some windy gusts.
Got to run. Have a few more things to do before we hit the trail. Bill is trying to sell our ATV. Had a strong nibble, but when the guy (my BIL's best friend) got serious about it, his wife said NO. JANA - here's an opportunity! We'd even deliver it to you!
Bill likes kidney beans in spaghetti sauce. Sometimes I use them as an alternate protein to burger or sausage. This sauce has burger in it but Bill wanted the beans so he just dumped in an entire can. Hope my DS and BIL like it!
What's looking good to you tonite?

Good morning
Frankie took Easton to school so I could finish Preston's breakfast, he's a little slower in the morning so it's easier for one of us to just stay here with him while he eats than trying to get him to hurry up.
Mary, the wedding colors are red, tan, black and Maria is wearing white. My blouse is red, I'll be wearing black slacks to match Kevin. We bought Frankie black jeans....it's a western type wedding, black jeans, white shirt, tan vest, red tie and western boots. The centerpieces are fall orange and reds.
Tonight is pizza at the winery but I haven't for sure decided if we're going, I have to see how I feel all day first. I've mostly been just eating soups.
Tina

Good afternoon!
Got all my errands run. Going across this valley uses a huge chunk of time.
Mary - hope you are having fun. We saved our best weather for you, Bill, and Scottie this week. All the fall colors are happening too.
Tina - great news for Easton that his school hours are more normal for the little guy.
Becca - so glad you faired the storm well. Hope that your niece did too.
Not much here. Ethan is having his vision checked this afternoon. Waiting to see what the doctor says. Our nephew, across the street was offered and accepted a job for the same company Matt works for. Scott is a software engineer and this will be a good move for him. He is the one that had the weightloss surgery a year ago and has lost over 125 pounds. A big signing bonus and Matt gets a bonus as well for recommending Scott.
Aaron is learning much and enjoying his new job.
Not much else here, maybe back to a normal, boring, quiet!
There was a sweet little 3 year old, whose house was in the fire zone last week and watched the firefighters save her house. She is now, on her own, making thank you cards to take them to the fire station, with cookies. There is hope for the future generations if they can be like this little girl. I think there are more like her than not.
Enjoy,
Jana

Good evening, everybody. I had crab Rangoon and broccoli and cucumbers for dinner. I had veggie pasta. It was icky. I almost ate it anyway, but I decided I wasn't going to waste my points on something I didn't like.
Today, we pushed our rider mower across the road to our uncle's house so he can instruct me on how to fix it. The transmission fan is broken off, and we think the belt may be broken.
