1 Samuel 12
You might not think of a failure to pray for others as a sin against God, but Samuel clearly considered it so. God calls us to support one another, love one another, and pray for one another. When we don't do these acts, we are not living in the unity and fellowship that He desires us to have, and we cannot experience all the blessings that He wants to give us. Samuel knew this and proclaimed that he would be faithful in prayer for the Israelites--in spite of all of the evil they had done in God's eyes.
Prayer is the greatest gift we can give to anyone. We can never move into all jkGod has for us until we first move into intercessory prayers.
