SUPPER CLUB - Sunday, March 4th

Good morning!

There is more daylight at both ends of the day now and I'm loving it!

Yesterday was a fun day - with my DD and sis at a vintage flea market. We didn't buy anything but it was fun to stroll and look. Eventually we met our hubbies at Red Robin and had a good supper, our grandson serving. We were home by 6pm, in our jammies, watching TV. Today, my sis and BIL are going to Renton, east of Seattle (40 miles away) to their son's and will spend the night so we have today and part of tomorrow to ourselves. I'll be doing laundry, binding a quilt, and cleaning house. Will be nice to be by ourselves for a little bit.

BECCA - sounds like you live in the rain shadow and that protects you from some of the worst weather. Lucky!

JANA - great news about Kate. I predict when baby finally gets here she will be purrfect!!

I'm not sure what supper will be tonite. We'll be alone and maybe it will be BLT's. I will figure it out as the day goes on.

Hope you are figuring out your supper and it's better than ours!

Good morning!

Ethan is eating his breakfast - cereal - Grandpa Special mix - a little bit of each cereal that is in the pantry. Only Grandpa can make it right! LOL

Dinner - it should be quiet here, Ethan will be at home. We ate the leftovers from yesterday, so I will do a chicken something. I have zucchini, so maybe zucchini pancakes or breaded with cucumber dipping sauce.

Church in a few minutes, Ethan is going with us.

Mary - enjoy your quiet day!

Very good news Jana, I like Mary's prediction.
Mary, yay for some alone time.
We had grilled Rueben sandwiches last night. Tonight I'm not sure yet but those BLT's sound yummy!

Hello everyone,sunny here at 67 .Wow it’s great .This wk we are supposed to have 3 days with hi in the 30s & chance of snow.But it is March.My candy tuff is blooming & it never blooms this early.

Jane Ethan reminded me of our Levi.When he would spent the nite his Papaw would make him hot chocolate & mix his cereal just like your Ethan’s.I couldn’t do it right.lol
So glad Kate is able to carry the baby longer.

Tina Glad you are dropping by.Hope you get a nap in.I can hear you laughing.

Maryz So glad you are getting a break.The time at Hospital will be draining.Will keep you in prayer as well as Albert.

CA & I got out today & smoothed Out the yard ready for topsoil & Ssed.But it must dry some more.But at least it looks like someone lives here that cares.I don’t like a messed up yard.I also got my walks in today & Yesterday.Was beautiful.
I made chicken salad.And we have baked sweet potatoes Becca
