Lyn, You did try to convince me to move to Estes Park! My new husband and I love it up there. He brought us up there in Dec. 2015 for the first time. We walked around town, went to see the glass blowers (love love love) and on our way back to our car, my mom who was visiting us from MN tripped in the middle of a dry smooth road and broke her arm in 3 places and ended up needing surgery. If I could live up there I would. It's too beautiful, we should go back for a visit soon.

Chriss, the 06 was my oldest's birth year and the H was for my last name, which is no longer my last name lol

Lori, I will be making a signature block quilt for my mom. My sister, brothers and I will sign blocks, my husband, my brother's wives and all our kids will sign blocks as well, my 11 month old son will put his hand print on one using fabric paint. http://www.quilterscache.com/H/HearthandHomeBlock.html

I also want to make a falling leaves quilt, we did a swap with a leaf block years ago and I had the quilt top pieced and it was ruined when my ex flew in a rage and told me I had no friends. I'd like to try and make one similar.

I am also working on a denim quilt but I think that will be an on going process.

Welcome back I too miss everyone when can't be on it daily sometimes take a break from busy life but do happy dance when I'm broke house bound and sewing.. Isn't it silly praying to be broke just so I can sew/quilt, read and be with quilt in a day and my now 3 furbabies..
