Morning prayer
Every morning is so busy around here. I get up 545 and get my DH lunch made and a pot of coffee going; I then sit with him and drink a cup of coffee after his morning prayer and study; then send him off to work. I then go upstairs to read my daily devotion and bible readings. Sometimes I am running late coming up so I have to get DD up showered and dressed for her center and then I get to read.
Monday's don't work that way usually, though. I am pinched on time because I too must get ready and run out the door to daddy's to do his care once I get DD off to her center.
The world will try to keep us so busy that we can not dive into God's word or even have time to pray. I usually take the time to chat with God as I drive. I am sure people see me talking and think I am on the phone; nope I'm having my morning conversation with the LORD.
I pray each of you can start your mornings with prayer and a bit of quiet time with the Lord and HIS word.
