Supper Club, July 29th, Wed......

Good late afternoon and happy over the HUMP Day, from sunny, steaming, SW. Pa....I do have to admit, it's a little warm today but this is my kind of weather.....

But, it looks like I'm not the only one that forgot to "plan" for dinner....We did some errands this morning and you know, when in the car, go where the car takes you, and we ended up at KFC for a late lunch.....And having said that, you know I'm not cooking tonight....It's going to be a "pick and choose what you want and get it yourself" kind of dinner or whatever....Jim has blood work in the morning so I'm sure he'll wait until the last minute to have his "final" meal before fasting.....

So, what's cooking in your kitchen or are you having "my kind" of day?

Hi-
Today I made a pasta (turkey) meat sauce. Yesterday I had about 10# of tomatoes from the garden I peeled, crushed, seeded and cooked down into sauce so it is part of today's sauce. It should be quite tasty with a salad and garlic bread!

I decided to clean off my desk today. I haven't cleaned it in a long time and it had too many things on it to be shredded and filed.

Good afternoon,

Got all the uglies banished and I am tired! Need a nap! Not with Ethan here.

We went out and had Popeyes chicken last night - a couple of leftover pieces were lunch. Tonight will be shrimp with marinara sauce over polenta and garlic bread.

Probably will make brownie cookies with pecans. Easy recipe, just change a couple of the amounts in a brownie mix and scoop onto a cookie sheet. Chewy cookies.

Hello everyone,Been another hot one here.
Got all my uglies done & my Washmre climbed.Tomorrow is errands & groceries so wanted it all done.

After our experience at Dr yesterday our Dinner out helped some.I am so glad he will not be there anymore.He had 2 yr contract but he lasted 6 months.Feel sure Hospital sent him packing.

Today was roast beef with gravy for DH & butter beans.For me green beans sliced tomatos,tuna salad & ice cream...Becca
