SUPPER CLUB - Thurs, Jan 29th

Post by purrfect-lady » Thu Jan 29, 2015 3:12 am

Good second morning from home! And loving it! Even if I am exhausted by evening from all the trailer/house uglies, laundry, and shopping. It's good to be me!

CHICKIE - your dogs have it all figured out, don't they! Your sunset photo over the pond the other day was so pretty!

I got a lot accomplished yesterday, but still lots more to do. there always is. It's like moving. but I did get to spend three hours in my sewing room, moving back into there! I got projects organized, fabrics washed, and even some cutting done for the Feb Lotto. Today, more of the same.

Supper WAS going to bee pork chops, but DH just hollered down the hall (it's the hollering hall. haha! It's how he communicates.) that he wants chicken instead. So - chicken, dressing, and a salad will be on tonite's menu.

What's everyone hollering for at YOUR house?

Yummy Mary, your supper sounds so good! I was planning on burgers and a salad and maybe fried potatoes for Frankie but I might look and see if I have any chicken in the freezer since Bill brought it up LOL, the hollering hall, must work like the cups and string when we were kids ;-)

Good morning! We are overcast here, and temperatures are only going to 50 today... quite a change from 74 yesterday! I need to go to town today and wash and set Mom's hair for her. My sister has "the bug" and definitely doesn't want to spread it. I also need to pick up a few items at the store.

I still have one serving of lasagna and one serving of soup, so I think we will clean those up and start with a clean slate tomorrow. On the other hand, I might fix DH a steak tonight and baked sweet potatoes and salad. Either way, I think I have two evenings covered.

DH always hollers for beef if he has a choice.

The dogs definitely know where to be!

It's good to hear you sound so happy to be home, Mary! "No place like home"!

Tonight Montgomery (we call him "Ribs") is taking us to Mama's Grill for a joint birthday dinner. Ribs and grandpa Earl have the same birthday. Ribs will be 13!

Chickie...50 deg. sounds really good to me...

Good morning,

Meatloaf got punted to tonight - we got working on the layette and it got to late to cook the meatloaf.

The layette is coming along nicely. The quilt is on Robin and the diaper bag is almost done. I am now appliqueing elephants on the infant seat cover. We have just over a week left.

Enjoy,
Jana
