SUPPER CLUB - The Day After

Post by purrfect-lady » Fri Dec 26, 2014 1:31 am

Good Morning!

Are we all still rolling in excess of turkey and sweets? Or lasagna, as some cases may be? That would be my Bill's favorite.

Autumn made bacon, blintzes, baked eggs (kind of like cheese souffle, actually) and a wonderful champagne drink that she made up herself. We gorged ourselves at this scrumptious late brunch so there was no supper for us later!

Now for tonite, we have some leftover pork tenderloin that I've already diced up so we might make a hash of that. And salad.

So are you powering down today or are you hitting the after Christmas sales? Are after Christmas sales still a big deal? I haven't done them in years.

Good morning,

Daniel saw this pizza stuffed with a hamburger - so we may attempt to re-create it for dinner. The hamburger is wrapped in the pizza crust, with all the puzza toppinds and then baked. We will see......

The hoys are working on the storage room - so I am down there too - just on the opposite end.

Enjoy,
Jana

Christmas Ham and Scalloped potatoes were planned, but a late lunch may have put this aside. The ham was wonderful, but then again I really like ham.

Hope all of yours was Merry!
