Hey ladies who live in CA or have used this company online: what reviews have you heard or experienced? I am looking at a LA they have for sell and I was wondering if their warranty is to good to be true or if they are really true to their word.

I bought my 18" HQ Avante' from them. They were wonderful to work with. I have not had any problems with my machine so I can't vouch for anything in that regard, though.
