So about those leftovers . . . . I chopped the chops and added them to the mac & cheese. Didn't look like enough so I added some peas. Then I didn't have enough sauce. So I put in more of that (I had extra), put it all in a baking dish, sprinkled with a bit more cheese, and baked it. It was quite good, but now I have more leftovers!!! Aarghh!!
so that will be supper again tonite. But tomorrow, something wonderful! I promise. Not sure what yet, but I plan to impress you! (I wonder what it means when I plan my meal to impress you all instead of Bill. . . . Supose that should be a rhetorical question, huh. lol!!)

Mary, sounds like a very comfortung meal, too bad that you ended up with leftover of leftovers! LOL
Well today's dinner is very easy - out! Somewhere. I am teaching my activity day girls, and it ends just before dinnertime, so we eat out on these days.

Good afternoon from semi sunny but chilly, SW. Pa....Every once in awhile, Mr. Sun makes an appearance but then he goes back into hiding.......One of these days.........
Mary, you are very, very creative....I would never think of chopping and adding, although I do come up with some "strange" things...(Just ask Jim).....And speaking of strange things, guess what I found hidden in the frig???? The last of the pot pie that someone was supposed to eat yesterday.....Well, that's not going to be chopped and added, it's going to be ditched.....
Tonight's dinner will be tortellini with meat sauce and garlic bread....Probably won't impress anyone but it's new food.....

Good Afternoon Ladies.Been a busy day.After baking & Laundry out to lunch with a friend.Then we visited a BF that is going thur chemo.Took her a loaf of bread,Bedroom slippers I made & a trivet I knitted.
MARYz You are a winner.Your dish sounds like some I make.Cannot stand to throw out food.Too many hungry people.
