Already a week into April! I have to stop blinking - time races too quickly when I do that!
Well, we still haven't eaten our leftovers. I think four days is the limit, right? We were in Seattle yesterday with DH's DS and DBIL, visiting their aunt who isn't doing well. So we went out to "lupper". At a SEAFOOD RESTAURANT! They blatantly broke all my rules!! But I did get one of the best burgers I've had in years. Put that with fries and a piece of blackberry pie and I came away stuffed.
so tonite, back to our dismal chops and mac'n'cheese. I promise, if we dont' eat them tonite, I'll make up new food tomorrow! lol!

Good morning from a very dreary, chilly (cold), Sw. Pa...Yesterday was purrrrfect, sun and 60s but today is yucky.....
Mary, I agree about the leftovers....We still have about 1 serving of chicken pot pie that I thought would be eaten on Sat. Yesterday, we went to one of the DGS's lacrosse games and just picked.....
I'm going our to lunch and then tonight we're having our "Spring Social" at the Lioness and that's lots and lots of food....SO, Jim will be on his own for lunch and dinner and that pot pie better get eaten.......I made a couple loaves of zucchini bread so he has that for afters..............Hopefully tomorrow, we'll have new food.....

This morning was a much dreaded chore finished.Defrosted the freezer.So happy that is over.Had to do something to get my mind off of Levi.He left this morn for Korea.Loooong way from Home.
