SUPPER CLUB - Fri, March 14th

Good Morning!

Guess I didn't make it on here yesterday. Ooops! Well, too bad you missed it because we had a great meal! I made oven BBQ'd spare-ribs, baked potatoes with all the fixin's, green salad, green beans, and angelfood cake with strawberries. We took it all over to DD's house. Our good friends, who were in town getting their motorhome A/C replaced, joined us. We had ourselves a party!

So, today - after doing laundry and laying around like a slug - supper will be the leftovers.

IRISH - so are you enjoying wearing an apron in the kitchen again? Or not? lol!

Good afternoon from a very sunny but still chilly, SW. Pa....

Mary, I'm having a tough time finding things in the kitchen...Of course I have a feeling Jim had a hand in "re-decorating"...Just a funny, he and buddy, Ted, replaced the front on my dish cloth drawer and then forgot where he put all the stuff from that drawer..No towels or cloths for a couple of days and this house isn't that big..He blamed Ted for taking them, lol.....But, things are returning, cooking wise, slowly very slowly.....

And sorry to say, this being Lent, we will be having a lot of "mac n cheese" starting with dinner tonight...(Sry, Mary)...I swear, every other corner or church has a "mac n cheese" dinner advertised...If I play my cards right, my kitchen duty might be put on hold.....

Mary - so glad to see you here today - was worried after hearing about that accident at the festival Bill was suppose to work for -

Irish - Michael is always trying to move things in my kitchen - he thinks he knows how to make it work better - I just give him the look and boot him out of the kitchen! LOL

Don't know what dinner will be - I am thinking that I am salsa deprived - so dinner out just might be in the plans. We have some running around to do - so just might time it out for dinner - otherwise I will cook - my fall back meal - tacos. DH never complains about tacos.

Good AFternoon.Sunny & back to warm temps.Love it.Just took a walk it was so nice.

It is funny when DHs think they know what works best in Kitchen.I just switch it back.

It is a spaghetti day with salad & crusty bread. Stewed apples for afters.It is apple pie minus crust.....Becca

Ha, Ha! Maybe my DH is re-arranging when he simply doesn't know where to put things away!

Tonight we had Homemade Macaroni and Cheese and a side of green beans. (Good Lenton meal!)
