Once again I've missed a few days, though not the meals! And darn, but I had a good meal to post, too! Two nights ago, we had BBQ shredded pork sandwiches, pasta salad and 4-bean salad. DH made a pineapple upside down cake (sans the pineapple because he forgot it even though he opened it. lol!) Last night we met DD and SIL at a Mexican restaurant for an improptu supper so tonite we'll be feasting of Saturday's leftovers. Scottie will be having his usual Alpo.

Hi Mary,
Friday's dinner of Lasagna was wonderful for us too. Tonight though will be "Mac n'cheese", potatoes, green beans and a salad. We really enjoy having it poached, and I read that poaching is the "in" thing these days. lol

Good afternoon dinner buddies!
Mary - I just saw a pineapple upside down recipe that you make cupcakes out of! I am sure that Scottie loves his Alpo - Perry is a conesiuer(sp) of Purina Cat Chow! LOL
Dinner tonight is smothered pork chops - smothered in onions and country gravy with a side of taters - some veggie will grace the plate too.
We are still munching on the German Chocolate Cake that we got for my BD last week - it should be gone by tonight.
The weather is off and on again nasty! Right now, cloudy and no rain, but wait 5 minutes and it will be either raining or snowing. It rained all week-end long and will continue all this week. We need the rain and snowpack up in the mountains. Just don't need the cold wind that is blowing out there now!
