I hope no one has gone without eating!! lol! I haven't, for sure. Last night Earl ventured out to Medary's Market for some of their excellent fried chicken..and tonight I will fix BBQ chicken breast, au grautin potatoes and a vegetable and salad.
Hope everyone is feeling much better today...when will you go South Irish?? Will Jim go with you??
The sun is shining bright right now, but it's still cold...but getting better this afternoon. We're on the "up side"!

Good Morning JOANNE & everyone.Sunny but cold with snow on ground.C.A. checked outside & it is solid ice underneath.it will have to warm before we can get out.We have a steep driveway.Lots of accidents here & in GA due to ice & snow.
IRISH Hope you are mending & can fly south soon.
With the cold I will make spaghetti & salad with crusty bread.Have sauce simmering.Smells good.Your dinner sounds good JOANNE.

Early afternoon from a very sunny but very cold, SW. Pa...The sun is really teasing today..........
Thank you all for the good wishes...I am feeling much, much better and hoping to make those reservations soon....Jim hasn't decided if he's going or not...I'm thinking he'd enjoy some "alone" time...Just him and the furbabies....
One good thing about being out of sorts, I've lost weight and hopefully, it will stay lost....But, I am cooking and will be making a pot of chili...Jim will be happy, I have a feeling he be getting tired of soup but I think for myself, maybe 1 more day.....
Has anyone heard from Carol? Hope all is well across the pond, I do worry.....

On the west coast we are looking for a 20% chance of rain tomorrow to turn into a downpour. lol
Last night I made chili and cornbread. DH has a meeting tonight, so I will be eating leftovers.
Joanne - Your dinner does sound good!
Becca - You will be having my favorite dinner tonight!
Irish - Glad you are feeling better, maybe the chili will sound better as the day wears on.
