Supper Club, Tuesday, Jan. 21.......
I can't believe we're almost at the end of the month already...But, that means Spring is closer, right??? Here in SW. Pa. we might be up to about 20 with about 3 inches of snow on the ground and more coming as I type.....Jim has been out shoveling, which to me is a waste of time, lol....
Feeling a little better so thought I just might cook today....Our dinner will be swiss steak, mashed potatoes, gravy, some kind of veggie and pumpkin pie for afters.....Jim will think he died and went to "goody" heaven........
What's happening in your kitchen these days????
Happy eating............

Good morning!
Irish - Spring is getting closer - one slow day at a time - then when it is here - it flies back way too fast! Florida is just around the corner for you! Lucky person!
Becca - ouch - prayers for your DGS - your family will rally around and you will be surprised at how much they can do!
Dinner here - well I went out shopping last night and picked up a few supplies - it could be chicken, pork chops, or cube steaks - we will see - I have a new potato dish ( in a box) that I might try too. We will see.....
Enjoy
Jana

Last night was our last hurrah! We had 45 deg weather, dry and comfortable...so we made it to Dinner with the Pringles!! Finally! After two weeks of nothing.
This morning we woke to at least 3 inches of fresh snow...and thermometer dropping down to single digets. Tonight I'm fixing boneless pork chops with BBQ sauce, mac & cheese (Velvetta in the box), a salad for Earl and some brussel sprouts for us both. It will be really COLD the rest of the week, so I'll be cooking or we will starve..lol!
Irish, when you make swiss steak, do you use cube steaks????
Stay warm everyone!!
