Good afternoon -
No one has set the table yet - so I guess that I will. Sarah is upstairs making fudge and I will be making divinty in a few minutes - it is snowing outside - so we will see if I can hold my mouth right to make the divinty come out. It is very tempermental!
Dinner - I will be having the little boys over - Ethan and big brother, Stu for dinner tonight - it is Christmas dinner party at Sarah's old job - so I have some pork steaks, cranberry sauce, stuffing and green beans - that should fill them up. I even think that there is some ice cream in the freezer for a afters.
We got pouring down rain at 3 in the morning - followed by freezing on the streets and now it is snowing very hard - boy I am glad that I did my shopping yesterday - it is a hockey rink outside on the roads to drive.

Good afternoon from sunny, yep, it's sunny and warm enough for just a sweat shirt...Can't believe it myself......
Jana, so happy to see you get the table ready...I imagine Mary is off with her sister and that could mean trouble......I know what you mean about "holding you mouth just right" when making certain things....I think that even follows over into quilting.....Your dinner as well as the candy sound delish!
I just got back from more shopping and hopefully it will come to an end soon....That good old card hasn't gone up in smoke yet, so I guess I'm OK.......
As for our dinner, that's up in the air....Since Jim is bingo partying, he probably won't be too hungry so I'm thinking maybe grilled chicken sandwiches and a salad.....And for afters, there's a couple of donuts left over from yesterday..(not sure how that happened)

Hello Ladies.Been a nice warm sunny day, up to 60.Unreal for Dec.
Jana Your meal sounds yummy.Hope the party goes well.Candy making is tempermental.I made crystalized peanuts today.They did good but the weather affects them.Weather today is perfect.For brittle too.
All our shopping is done.I am still wrapping but hope it is done too.Still have 2 kinds of cookies to make.
Today was
Dr day for C.A. & shots for me.Errands & groceries.Subway was on the way home.LOL Roast beef for him & grilled chicken breast for me..Becca
