Looking for old pattern

I'm looking for an old crib quilt pattern. It was one of those that came in a plastic bag and had a colored photo of the quilt on the front. It was a rocking horse in the center paneland squares and borders around the edge. It was shown in yellow, red and navy gingham. It was out around 20 - 25 years ago. Any help is appreciated!

I have a bunch of old patterns in my office. I will go through them on Monday to see if I may have it.
