Udpate on Chriss

Hi Girls

I don't have everybody's phone number for texting purposes so am making a topic here for the news on Chriss.

Her son Richard texted me about noon (CDT) to let me know that they were just starting surgery. I received a text again at 3:26 CDT that she was out of surgery and that all went well. There were going to be moving her to ICU shortly. That's about all he said. I told him when she wakes up to tell her that we are all thinking about her.

So we will keep the prayers coming for her

and for Valerie's DBIL!!!
and Fast recovery for Flo's son
and anybody else I'm forgetting!

Thank you Maryq for the update on our Chriss. Earlier I looked up the amount of average time for surgery like this, and time wise, the estimate was right. Hopefully that means textbook! Now on the thenext stage, waking up and hopefully Chriss isn't the smartaleck like Mr G, when he got tired of them asking his name, so he answered, Donald Duck! Continued prayers.

Thank you for posting Mary. I've been thinking about her all day. Now she can focus on recovery and getting back to normal. Jana, too funny about Mr.G.

Thank You Maryq for the update on Chriss, Her surgery was fast. We must not of had the same surgery mine was 7+ hours. Glad to hear that she wasn't under that long. Now for a speedy recovery.
