Good after noon, a bit better but still coughing. Sleepy as I didn't sleep well last night but hoping to return to work on Tuesday.

I have read everyone's posts but not up to responding to all. Trying to catch up a bit of sewing today, small steps here and there and then I have to rest.

Long overdue for update on Josiah. He had an MRI and neuro testing earlier this month. The area of his brain that was for lack of a better word "smashed" in due to the hematoma is now starting to puff back out. Slow but steady progress. He is trying to talk. They are not sure what the delay is here. Still primarily uses what sign language he knows. He is scheduled for a hearing test but they believe he can hear. The biggest concern right now is he does have scaring on his eyes. Not really sure what that means, or the end result but time will tell. My daughter thinks for now they will fit him with glasses. We have noticed especially with his left eye, he looks out of the corner of it as opposed to straight on. He tries to comfort Xavier when he cries and will give him his bottle. So things are progressing.

Sounds like life is calming down for many of your here. That is good news. Lyn, I think Garry will notice if you sell the boat!

Chriss my sister used only Himalyan Salt also.

I am going to go try a few more seams, have a great day everyone.

Greetings!

It's been a wild couple of days here - we've had snow and fog since Friday. It's supposed to get up to the 70s tomorrow, and I think that will be the end of our cold days until fall. Breakfast with my BIL/SIL went well - he's still not doing any better so he goes to see a specialist at Anschutz in August. I have almost completed the top of the tshirt quilt - I just need to move around a couple of blocks. YAY. My laptop keeps getting the blue screen of death, so it looks like it will need to be replaced sooner rather than later. We are having homemade calzones and a salad for dinner - and with that, I'd better get a wiggle on and start the dough. Have a fabulous rest of your day! xoxo Sharona

Lori, that's too funny! 😂🤣

Valerie, I sure hope you're better soon. Thanks for the update on Josiah, I sure hope he heals fully. Are the Dr's that helped him still in touch with his other Dr's?

Sharona, you're still getting snow, crazy huh, but I'll enjoy your runoff melt if it comes my way 😉

Tina
