So that's what those things are called! I have tons of them laying around here. My little girls love them - it's part of dress up here! I even have jingle bells that are in the shape of cat ears. The cat ears are the favorites. They even get tucked in and over a Santa hat. Halloween, Easter, Christmas and Valentine day ones.

Yes, I call on the machine and then they say they'll call me back, which they don't. The repair guy is independent of the shop. He just does all the repairs. This is the only dealer, period, in the entire valley! Uggh!
