Mary if you finish it all the way, including quilting and binding before Dec 31, it won't count. Put it away until Jan 1. Then finish and it will count.

Come on Izzy they are still warm I got 2 out of 3,,,choclate chip and shortbread made. will do oatmeal raisin tomorrow...I love baking and when Ken came in from work he smiled and said " Your kitchen smells wonderful" that is the reaction I was hoping for...He cannot eat to many so i hide most of them...He is diabetic,,,so he allows himself one or 2,,,and a small glass of milk...His sugar is fine,,,
Maryq one year I tried oatmeal chocolate chip and no one ate them...so we go separate. I also will make brownies for the chocolate lovers...I gave up on sugar cookies and decorating,,,not as much fun without the kids here,,,and they have been too busy. XXXXXXXXOOOOOOOO
