Good morning everyone.
Well, I just heard our weather and there is a possibility of more winter yuck. According to the weather man it shouldn't reach us. But, Mother Nature has her own ideas. I had a surprise when I got home yesterday. My Secret Pal had mailed my block to me. It is beautiful. I have my fabrics out and have chosen the block. Just need to get it done this weekend. I am enjoying this swap. Hopefully this evening I will finish the binding on the baby quilt. Then back into my studio to finish the wedding quilt. Hopefully, my nephew and his wife will get their wedding present before their first anniversary. Have a wonderful day.

Good Morning Suzette and all who follow,

Today is training and when I come home I will rest then cook dinner.
Yesterday as I was leaving for work I asked my DH to make me a DR appt. and I went to see the DR. he told me it is allergies and gave me nose spray some pills and told me to get an over the counter allergy med and take that Im glad I went this way if anyone looks at me I can say it was just allergies.

I'm glad today is Friday I now look forward to having Saturday and Sunday off.

A few errunds hopefully, some time for sewing, night was filled with snowplows moving around, and kitten trying to wake me up, something was bothering him..

Thought of what this quilter suggested if stepmother gets to terrible, and forced to sell move into subsidized/low income, purchase MV, camper trailer, lot and vamoose during summer mths to the lake, and return only in winter.. Leaving maybe 5mths into the yr at housing, at which pt you find excursions every few days away, rest of time read.. When your money runs out, do da sell car, trailer, you'll be used to housing and stepmother be dead or hospitalized, topping that you don't open your suite, and guards will escort her out.. Some quilters have an easy look at everything. She even if worse, keep moving your trailer every year she'll never find you.. See what I couldn't sleep she got me excited on prices of all that for the future.

Happy Friday Morning!

It was my night to wake up at 3:30 eastern time and I finally got up. I woke up thinking about the quilt I want to make DD and her future hubby as a wedding present. So, I dug out my kaleidoscope book form El, found the coloring pages, and went to work. After doing that, I know how it is going to go together. now, to get the fabrics for it and get started. I will probably finish it time for their 5th anniversary - giggle.

Today, DH and I are having a day out WITHOUT doctor's appointments. We are just having a day for us and do what we want. We haven't been able to do that for a long time. I do want to stop and check out fabric so I can start saving my money for it.

Suzette - We have also been told that we should expect snow this weekend but it shouldn't accumulate more than an inch. That is still too much.

Lois - Ah, allergies - aren't they wonderful?? NOT!

Good. Morning everyone. It might only be 13 degrees this morning but the sky is blue, the sun is shining and the roads are clear!!!!
Myles is doing well. No pick line, no iv, and eating crackers and some bland foods but doing well. He will remain on remicade and a few other Chron's medications, and they started the blood work to find out what the iron issue is, but all in all wea Re doing a happy dance. If things go to plan he will even be able to start school at the end of the month or beginning of April. I want to thank everyone for all of the prayers and positive thoughts.
I hope everyone has a beautiful day.
My positive thoughts and prayers are with all of you in need, yiur families and friends.

Wow is it really Friday again so soon??? I can't believe how the time has flown.

Just looked at the calendar and DH and I have only 24 more days here. I hope the weather gets settled, so we can get back to Illinois and get started settling in for the summer months. I expect it will be very soggy after all the snow. We may end up extending our stay here for a week, maybe.

I haven't worked on any projects this week. I have been fighting with a cough and cold. Just like the others have been talking about, it's the night time that is the hardest. Last night I made a big wedge with my pillows and slept in almost up right position. It worked better than I thought it would. Think I feel a little better today.

I saw WeeOne's post over in "Swaps" that she might be heading back to Texas on Sunday. I bet she will be glad to get back. Hope things will be settled now for awhile. She sure has had quite a time with the house issues.

Suzette: Glad to hear your treatments will be done. It will be good to get all healed up from them.

The girls and I got the closet all cleaned out yesterday! Shannon said she has to come back one more time to clean out some of my totes. I've been trying to give her things as I come to them that I think she would like as a "thank you" for all she's done.
I had to take Caleb to urgent care yesterday morning, he is so sick, infected ears, sinus' and throat. He had to miss work last night but I asked the dr to write him up a slip and they were very understanding when he called in.
After everyone left last night Emily and I went to Joann's again and I got just the right color for Harley and I got 50% off! I was excited, I even had an extra coupon to use on a chocolate bar on the way out that we split! We then stopped at Walmart (my most unfavorite place to go) but they had a skirt she wanted. Em and my DH are leaving in a few minutes for an overnight at his brothers. (sewing time for me)

Well I have to get my day started.

Good Morning,, chilly and cloudy again. Winding up our 3rd week here...I am tired of camping. Really would head home if it was up to me. But since it is paid for we will stay....I think I will suggest only 3 weeks next year. Rather use the money for other small trips/

I did sew a bit yesterday afternoon. Got another piece of the FPP done...I wish I could show you photos but cannot download anything, uses too much data on the hot spot so I am limited to what I can do...

We are headed to the gym 5 days in a row....not helping the diet but for sure helping the bones.. might be why I am sleeping so good.

Good Morning to everyone.After snow last nite today we are supposed to have rain.Just cloudy now.Lots of ice all around.Schools are closed or delayed.

To all of you who are sick get well soon.VICKY Send DD my way.My sewing closet needs a good cleaning.Maybe soon.With my head like it is I cannot tackle that.

Our DGS Levi wrote he is coming home from Korea for a visit,He did not give a date yet.He is in Army.I cannot wait for that visit!!!!!!
He bought his ticket but wants to surprise everyone.

DD called & they have lots of ice & she is home from School.Spring cannot come soon enough.Her DD is in Concert this week end with her DH & others in VA this week end.They are both talented musicians.
