Good morning pals
I am amazed at how fast a day goes by when you sleep through most of it. I went to the dentist today and it seems the blood clot did not stay and from what I understand there is a puddle of liquid that has formed around the nerves and everyone knows what happens when nerves are hit. Doc packed and I mean PACKED the hole with gauze filled with a solution that will get rid of anything that is touching the nerves and calm them down as well. I need to go back on Wednesday again and then one more time. This I would not wish on anyone, friend or fo but if it makes the lack of tooth better then I best suck it up, get r' done, take a pain/sleeping pill and then take a nap
I am trying to stay up to date with the end of the month/beginning of the month Lotto's and SP's so make sure you are all signed up asap so I don't forget you.
Chriss had a great suggestion about starting a thread in the Photo Section so everyone can POST ONLY your LOTTO QUILTS you have made over the many years the Lotto has been happening. Again POST PICTURES ONLY - NO COMMENTS. You can post your comments over here or in chit chat for others to come and take a look.
Could I ask that you add to your prayers CindyB who sounds really really bad with a terrrible cough. I also just found out that a wonderful sweatheart of a lady I have gotten to know over the last few years who just found out she has Bladder Cancer. Bev has had 1 surgery already but had to stop because she was loosing to much blood. The Docs need to go back in and get the rest.
It seems every time I turn around someone has passed away. I am not used to this season of life and have only you pals to tell me how you handle it, please.
I hope you all have a great Tuesday. I need to take another pill and sleep.
HUGE HUGE HUGS!!!

Good Morning TeresaK.
What are you amazed at? How are you feeling today?
Youngest son just arrived home from checking on cattle. The dogs woke up and so did I. Thanks Jon. he may have bigger troubles then a mom who can't sleep. We are hoping his checking account hasn't been hacked into. Will know when the bank opens. Why don't banks keep "mom" hours??
It's going to get cold here today. It will be like that till Saturday I think. Not good weather for calving, glad it's not our cows.
Have a good day. I shall be back later, after I have gotten some sleep. I wonder when he has to go back?

Good morning everyone.
Yesterday was a rough day at work. As the day went on I got more and more tired. I ended up leaving early and got into treatment a little early and get home. I was so tired I ordered Chinese delivered. Not only do I have to deal with the skin problems from radiation, I also have a cold sore. I haven't had one of those in years. I am hoping to get in my studio after work and treatment but who knows?? Yesterday I posted a message about scarves that had the breast cancer ribbon on them. I didn't make them. Someone made them and left them in the waiting room for anyone to take. I thought that was so very nice.
Kho - does your son's bank have a 24 hour customer center? My husband has Bank of America and they do. His account has been hacked twice but it was through his debit card.
Teresa - hope you get the rest you need today. It is a wonder how much packing they can get into an opening.
CindyB - my thoughts and prayers are with you.

Good morning everyone, hope the warm sun shines on all of us, dearly need it.. Cold chooses to continue for another week still..
Teresa-that's awful you have to grow through all that, I a frequent flyer of dentist repairs, some of my own fault.. Poor maintenance, I'll PAY FOR IT in the long run. They've talked about dentures in the near future. Hearing your story scares the hell out of me.. and the quality of workmanship these days is wishy washy service.
Some have banking troubles? Boy, hope they fix it quickly. That is serious. To think people have nothing better to do than cause banking troubles..

Can someone tell me where the update on Scrappy Pat is? I am still looking.
Never mind I found it. I have been thinking about her so much since I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I will keep her in my thoughts and prayers.

Teresa: Take care, hope your tooth and mouth problems heal quickly. So sorry about CindyB and Scrappy Pat. Oh so much troubles among us!
Not good to have banking troubles either. Gosh tha,t along with the troubles that our friend “WeeOne/Lyn” is dealing with, Suzette’s treatments, and all the others here that are dealing with health problems, illnesses, sick or ailing relatives and friends. Everytime I pray I have to try to include EVERYONE!!! We are like a giant world wide quilt, covering each other with our love from all the corners of the earth. Each of us are a “square” in that quilt and went we stitch together we bring lots of variety and color to this group.
Sending BIG HUGE HUGS to ALL of you. Sprinkle your day with colorful threads of hope and cheer.

I still didn't get in the sewing rom. I spent most of the day on the couch. Then Darryl came home not feeling well, so we watched a movie last night, what a pair we are.
There are no plans for today and it snowed.....again. So maybe I'll get in there today.
It is shocking how much pain and suffering there is amongst the ladies on this forum. My prayers for everyone.
Thank you Izzy for posting The Quilt Show yesterday morning that kept my mind off myself while I watched the one with El. I have a new addition to my bucket list and that would be to go to one of El's retreats. Oh how fun that would be to go and be ne of a small group of four! She is such a neat lady, at the very least I would like to meet her one day.
Have a nice day and if you're where it's snowing stay inside and enjoy a Cup of Tea with me and Miriam today!
