Good Morning Everyone,

Today is a work day for me and when I get home I have a
few hour then we have to go to my DD because they are
having her pinning ceremony and then it will be out to
dinner at Applebee's.

Good morning Lois and those that follow.
I snuck out to my studio yesterday evening. But, was not able to stay long. I had to cut some squares apart and pushing on my rotary cutter hurt where my biopsy was done. But, I got a little bit done. Today I am back to work and then I have a four day weekend. I see lots of quilting getting done. I have to get going and get ready for work. Have a great day.

Good morning everyone. Two more days of work, then to get the ughlies done and play time here I come (hopefully). I got the third row of DWR together after work yesterday.

Izzy, I forgot where you said you were going in Co. I live about 40 miles south of Durango. If you are anywhere close, maybe we can have a meet and greet visit while you are out this way.

Tina I will make sure the phone is close by Saturday.

Time is slipping away again this morning. Still need to fix my hair, so better close for now. Blessings and prayers for a peaceful day.

Today is D-day (dentist day) I'm dreading it and looking forward to it at the same time. I hope to be pain free this afternoon.

I had a nice visit with my girls yesterday. Emily, Tia, Jovanna and I went last night to an outside concert to see Pat Kane. He is a fiddler and he calls the dances we go to.... well I used to dance before my feet problems. So that was a lot of fun.

No plans to sew today. Darryl has a long weekend starting tomorrow. He wants to go berry picking tomorrow. Last thing in the world I want to do but we will go.

Good Morning, I didn't hear about the fire either,,,Sorry Miriam about the lose...even empty I would be sad. Hope you get this straightened around.

I am working on the spider quilt. Yo yos of different sizes make up the embelleshments, It is a fun project, My sis came over yesterday to borrow a machine foot and I sewed while she talked...then we went and got chinese with the guys. Ken is having my leftovers for breakfast. (the man loves leftovers for breakfast, says his stomach does not know what time it is)

off to the drs this afternoon. then shopping for the camp I didn't get to the other day, we are not leaving till saturday morning so I have time. Then back here to sew and get my clothes together. A few uglies too.

Good morning... today is Friday for me.. I am taking a vacation day tomorrow and will be on vacation next week... it's good to be me...

Marilyn and I are having a girls day tomorrow.. she wants to go to the mall... it's two story and has an escalator.. fun fun..lol... we also need to find her a dresser... she loves girl day because it includes lunch..

Maryz.. can't wait for the 5th.. hope you got rain yesterday... love your gardenia story...the book is called "the butterfly messenger"

Velda, I love your cardinal story.. Cardinals and wild violets were some of the things I loved about Illinois.... funny that these signs like cardinals in front of the car or the butterfly going down the street through traffic are such "in your face" signs.. sad for those who still miss them..

Kathy,, glad Kim is doing better, hope this is all a memory very soon...

O'Dorothy, I love that your mom was a fly on the wall...hope the dance goes really well...

CHICKIE - so sorry about the fires. At least you know the fire department, being as they are your boys. How is your DH doing?

SUZ - sorry about the soreness at your bx site. But you sound like you learned to overcome it quickly. Hope work is kind to you today.

MARY R - May work treat you with care today, too. I can't wait to see your DWR! It's on my to-do-before-I-die list.

VICKY - Your girl evening sounds nice. Good luck at the dentist! I really sympathize with you.

JUDI - your spider quilt is cute. You are really making headway on it! Good luck at the doctor and happy camp shopping! What's on the menu? My camping menus are pretty limited. Like tossing some canned chix and frozen peas into a box of rice-a-roni. I could use some fresh ideas!

CHRISS - a girl's day tomorrow, just before school starts, sounds like fun to me! I'll say a prayer about the new job. Hopefully this will pan out for you. and thank you for prayers for Aut. I have good feelings about this. If not this time, then next time.

KATHY - so happy to hear of improvements in your DD. Once the healing starts, I hope, for your sake, it picks up its pace. We miss you!

SHARON - I remember when I was in training, I had a 19-y/o patient who had to have a circ. He wasn't happy about it and certainly not happy that it wasn't done when he was a baby as it's a much bigger deal as an adult. From a medical standpoint, you are making a wise decision.

MEL - I love your stories about your DGS. Too funny, asking about when 'the boys' were little!

CINDY - I hope your allergies ease up on you so you can enjoy your weekend at the lake. Did you get the spot you wanted?

It rained all night here. I think we are on the very edge of Tropical Storm Ivo. We may even get L & T today!

Good morning, Ladies! I have to blow thru here today. I did read the posts. Prayers going up for all who do need and don't need them. Packed and prepared for our camping trip last night and fell into bed at 11:00. I didn't fondle a single thread. I am, however, taking two projects to work on while we're at the lake. Am I ever R-E-A-D-Y!

I hope we can all fondle fabric today.
