Good morning ladies. I've been sewing some red/white/blue blocks. I have 20 made so far. Still deciding on a border.

Good morning Lori and those that follow.
The air is like pea soup outside. It is very humid. My body has gotten used to getting up for work and even when I am off I still wake up early. Oh well. I have a problem. Next Monday my older brother is coming from out of town. Which is fine on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. I am off those days. Which I told him. I believe he is intending on staying all week. The problem is my house is a small 2 bedroom house. My husband comes home from work at almost 11pm. I have to figure this one out. He seems to forget that I am working now. Today, I am going to get the binding on the baby quilt so that will become an inside project and finish quilting the tractor blanket. So today is a finishing day. Have a great one.

Good Morning Lori,

Im not doing any sewing these day busy getting ready to go to my DSIL and BIL to there capemay shore house for the weekend.

Today will go foodshopping and then pack when I get home tomorrow will be leaving when I come back I will have to get ready to go back to work.

I hope to sew on those four flowers on Kim's quilt this morning. Then work some in the garden before the heat hits. It was 94 here yesterday! Last week we had to start our coal stove it was so cold.

Little Jovanna was here yesterday but she had a fever She is teething and I think that's what it was from. Poor little girl it was so hot anyway then she had that internal heat. We put her in a tote outside with cool water for a while and that really perked her up. I guess grandma has to get a little kiddy pool for her to have here.

Well, I have to get started on my walking. Walk, walk, walk...

Good morning.
I will be heading south for another fun weekend of camping and just returned home from our trip to S.C, wow what a adventure. There was over 1,200 pilots registared. Pretty mountains in Tenn. All my sewing is on hold for now. We found out we will be grand parents again in Jan. I bought two colors of fabric for a quilt. I will piece a day and night pattern. I looked at all the new posts on the photo section, wow pretty quilts and projects. I can't post to everyone. Our flying season has kicked in and my time gets pretty tight. I hope everyone has a blessed day and Happy Quilting to all.

Good Morning ladies. More of the same today, sticky outside lotsa humidity, We did get a little rain so the garden is happy and so are the mosquitos. I did get all the ahopping done for our camping trip and just need to pack. I might go see the kiddies today and mt washmore waits. I have bread dough on the counter so that is this mornings project. Will work on the BOM project as I still have to frog the errors out. They do not show much but I DO know they are there,,,so out they come. Hope you all have a great day...this hot and humid weather will get some of you down but keep your cool...After spending 3 weeks in the MN blizzards I am not complaining....besides it is cooling off to the 60s for my camping trip and I can live with that. I won't try to comment on each and every post today. Just happy to see how busy you all are. Hope all the camping and other plans for the up coming holiday weekend go well. I expect that the campground here where we live, will be very, very busy this weekend. The campground pool will open for the season and lots of children and families will be gathering there.
The weather is predicted to be really nice.

Good morning...

each morning I open two tabs and start on yesterdays posts and comment on todays.... I can't tell you what a blessing it is to see our midwest friends posting.. after a tornado I hold my breath till I see all the names of people I care about and read how they are doing...seeing that you all posted yesterday makes it a good day today.

Scrappy Pat.. I watched Monday's DWTS last night and will watch last nights tonight... that dance with Derek and Kelly was so so cool.. I watched it three times... wow huh?

Cindyg.. prayers for your friends..you're working on Dresdens? what happened to the log cabin... I just can't keep up with you.

Chickie.. hope DGS's graduation was fun... happy lawn mower searching...

Suzette, thanks for not spoiling DWTS for me.. I am pretty sure I know who won... at least I hope...

Good morning!

Prayers are still being lifted up for all affected by the tornado.

Today I'm headed back to the nursery (I hate that almost as much as going to the fabric store...!). Then plant plant plant/put down mulch/weed etc.

Before all that we'll be headed out for our walk and then I'll have to work a shower in there somewhere. I'm meeting my BFF for our monthly Indian food fest.
