Yes Chriss, the migraines do stay away and so do the sinus infections. I breath better through the nose and don't have the indegestion and bowel problems. It's really amazing that what was causing a lot of my problems was related to the food I was eating. Now I'm not saying I always stay a way from these foods, it is really hard to not eat what you like, BUT funny thing is I feel a whole lot better when I do. The other good thing, bad thing is. I'm not so allergic to anything like nuts or stuff that could make you stop breathing, so you try to sneak buy with things that you know don't bother you too much....LOL Like to potato chips and a little candy.
People are always talking about the preservatives in our food is making us sick, well that is what was happening to me. In my old age and retirement I went to fixing way too many prepared foods (got lazy) and all those preservatives aren't good. So you just have to pare down to what you can tolerate.

Back to my uglies and trying to sort through my sewing room.

Ewwwwwww Purrfect - a half eaten rat - YUCK. Schatzi if a Yorkshire Terrier and they are ratters. I'm really surprised she hasn't come in the house with a rat.....or a snake. I always look out the window to see if she has anything in her mouth before I let them back in.

I'm SERGING the Christmal pillow cases. WOO HOO - DH is glad to see me using it. Had to watch the instructional video first. OK - back at it.

Good for you Cindyg, it's always nice to try something new. The Viking center where I bought my Designer1 has been trying to get me to buy a serger. I don't need any more "toys" just yet. Notice I didn't say never! Lucie

Hi girls. I got up and went to church this morning. Just stopped by to see what all of you were up to. Now I am going to sew some more before church this evening.

Taz...I have the quilt sandwiched, but haven't started the quilting yet.

Everyone enjoy your day and I'll pop back in later to check on you again.

If you're online, check out Chit Chat, the thread about the sale at the San Marcos store. Be quick. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Grammiequilts made a short, excellent, to-the-point comment that says it all.
