I have tried free motion but just didn't have time to pratice. I want to just get it done and I know you should pratice alot before you do a quilt.

How's the weather your way? It's hot and windy here and no rain. I have been thinking about the gals in Iowa if they are ok after those big storms.

Sarah's up late for her time zone. Hope they can keep safe. Ole Bill is heading up the Eastern coast

Usually, DH gets the computer from 9 - 10pm MDT, and then I get it back at 10

I'm ususally the night owl, but have been tired lately, I think it's the heat (and old age....LOL)

Jeanne - You would not believe the weather here. It is 68* right now and we are expecting thundershowers later tonight. It will probably not rain very much. Usually we do get a summer storm up from Mexico by the end of July. This storm is staying closer to Mexico though.
