Good Morning All and Happy Friday!! It's a lovely morning here in OKC. I'm at work and can't wait until 4:00 gets here. No plans for the weekend other than working in the yard and of course sewing and Hancocks on Monday the 25th for the 50% notions sale. Gonna stock up on the Mary Ellen's Best Press. Have found I just love the stuff!!. It's going to hopefully be quiet as the DD and DGK are gone for the weekend (love them but love a little quiet time too:)). Have a great day all!!

We are having a very fine morning here. It's going to get warm again today but not in the upper 80's like yesterday.

Going to clean my MIL house today and do some running around besides.

Hopefully I'll get a little sewing done today. Now that we are in the "planting" mode it's hard to think about much else. Soon the garden will be planted and then I can get back at it.

Good morning everyone!! I think we might get some warm weather today....at least I hope so. Not sure what's in the plans for the weekend. I'm sure we'll be cooking out (if the weather permits). I also plan to be sewing most of the weekend. I'd like to go to the Joann's sale but I don't know if I want to drive the hour drive to get there....sure wish there was one closer!! Well I think I'll go see what I can get into. I hope everyone has a great day!!!

Good Morning, I am getting clothes ready to leave Monday on a mini vacation. There are a couple of casinos and a couple of quilt shop where I am going next week. I have the garden planted everything looks good. Some seeds have yet to make their appearence. No word on my Dad yet but My 2 sis's are down there so they will help out. I need to do some laundry and other bad words. I am trying to get the back of my quilt pieced so I can put it on the lizzie this sunday then I will put the binding on and take it with me to sew . Have a great day.....BBL

Good Morning everyone!! Another beautiful day!! Sunshine and 80 (I prefer the 70's but ya can't have everything).

We had a wonderful overnight in Rising Sun, Indiana at the Grand Victoria casino boat!! Whooo Hooo! I'm ready to go back, but DH won't go yet! lol! I lost on Wed. night and won on Thurs. morning! Broke dead even! DH only lost $80. We got there at 4pm on Wed., checked into our room, ate dinner at the buffet and hit the slots by 5pm. Played until 11pm. Up at 8am, ate breakfast at the buffet and played until 1130am. Back home by 1pm yesterday. Then we took naps!!! lol!

This weekend is nothing but graduation ceremonies and cookout/parties! Holy cats! My DGS is graduating..and the boy across the street. Next year two more of the grandkids will graduate! Also, we found out that there will be a NEW grandbaby in December!

I need to go clothes shopping today....I really hate to shop for clothes.

Grammie, hope you have a fun time (I know you will!!)

Good morning everyone! Sounds like you all are gearing up for the weekend sales! Me too! I would like to make some purses for me this weekend, going to hit the sales at Joann's tomorrow. DH's b/d is Sunday so will probably stay home and veg with him.

Have a wonderful relaxing weekend all!

Well, good morning every one. It sounds as though you are all having a very busy weekend and holiday. My weekend will be the same ol' boring stuff. I close today, open tomorrow, off Sunday (but have to get laundry and some housework done), and back to work on Monday. I praise the good Lord I have a job to go to, so no complaining. Maybe I'll be able to get things set back up for quilting before and after work. It all came down last week while we were gone.

Have a great day.

Have a Chiropractor appointment this a.m. Have all the bedding & some clothes from the Motorhome to wash up today. Hope to get some sewing done. I need to put more embroidery on Mom's jacket, she doesn't think it has enough! I may post the photo again for some suggestions.
