Have had a wonderful day. Those who don't know me, I am the Sacristan (fondly known as "The Chruch Lady") at our church. I make an wash an iron all the altar linens. Today we had a specail Mass in the morning for our little First Communion children. Then I 1pm I helped our new Priest (who is just a joy to have around) with Baptisms. Was home by 2pm. 3:30pm we went to early dinner at our favorite Mexican Food resturant and then Mass at 5pm. (Which I get everything ready for) Now I am home and pooped........LOL

Have been sewing on my project for my cousin. Will post a picture tomorrow when I am done. And for sure y'all will think I'm nuts...Well I am, but that's another story.....LOL

Chriss, How did DH like the new Star Trek movie? We are totaly a Trekie family. We will have to wait to buy it on DVD. DH thinks the sound is way too loud and I can't sit well in the movie chairs, so we don't go.

I am so excited.. I just placed an order on qiad for the first time. Can't wait til it comes. I saw the sale and decided to buy myself a mothers day present. LOL Wonder what the free gift is they mail? anyone know?

Helen hope your apartment will work out. You will enjoy it I'm sure.

Ya'll just chat away while I'm gone..!! Everyone here seems perky today...that's a good thing!

Sure, now that you KNOW I'm not sewing you all just want my fat quarters!! lol! I'd never get caught up this weekend! But it sure started a fire under your butts! lol!

Sharon, the last two orders they sent me a fat quarter...mine matched the colors of the fabric that I bought! How cool is that??!!

I did get my fabric cut for my birthday block...whoppeeee! And I vaccuumed (I think that is too many letters! lol!) and did all the laundry and ate ribs at our local restraurant...ymmmmm!

I worked out all the math to make the mini blocks and cut out the pieces. I will try to put it together tomorrow.

Jeanne, DH loved the movie.. he said he would like all the trek movies on DVD... I think it would make a good fathers day gift...

well, I didn't finish my geese... guess I was too tired to pay attention... I will take another stab at it tomorrow.
