Way to go Chriss -- keep up the great work!! I had to walk through a casino this afternoon, and geez, I never knew how bad they really smelled! I never thought I would be one those ex-smokers who made faces when coming upon smoke filled areas, but I know I made a face this afternoon. You just hang in there and keep up the great work!
Happy trails, jacquie

Hi Everyone!
Chriss do not be discouraged! You are doing wonderful! You are conquering the worst addiction. You are right after the holidays you can begin to exercise and you will feel better. Good idea to use some carpet freshener in the car.

I did not get outside or to the gym to do a walk/run but I wanted to go. I was about to go this morning and checked one more time for a job and I found one. So I went to work. When I got home the wind was blowing so I did not go outside. Instead I told myself after dinner I will go to the gym. Well DH was late and I did not go. What I did is use my step for 30 minutes. I did not give up!!! Yea!! I feel better for having done something than nothing! I don't think I will be working tomorrow, but you just never know about substitute teaching. I have finished cutting all the HST's and they are almost sewn into blocks! Yea!! I guess I have had quite a successful day!!
