Bottom left will be for the log cabin (star in the center of quilt)
Bottom right will be for the trees
Top will be for the Bear Claw Blocks in the corners. The background is in the background and is a tan on cream print.

Carin - sounds good! I am glad you are feeling better! I think I should become more vegetarian for my health. I do think I need to eat less sugar though so maybe I will replace it with vegetables.

I was teaching a class for Girl Scouts in Yorba Linda, near the Nixon Library, As the day progressed we started seeing ashes raining down on us. My husband sent me a text message and we all started getting messages from our family members. So many of the ladies live in the area and we kept getting updates by the time I left I had to weave around to get home because of the freeway closures. I live near the coast and the smoke and ashes are hanging here. We have talked to friends who are evacuated and have offered our home if people need place other than the evacuation centers. My husband talked to one of his co-workers who is helping a family member deal with the loss of their home. From the Anaheim Hills Fire there is over 12,600 evacuated. It is tragic. I am staying in and using my inhaler!

Q7- Those are really pretty fabrics! I love the darker, richer colors.

I used to drink green drinks, but I always seemed to run out of time to make them before the veggies went bad. There were good tho!

Replace sugar with veggies??? Yuk Like a carrot instead of chocolate?
