Beccasmom - I'm always thinking about quilts. I built several quilts in my head last night and couldn't go to sleep until 5:00 and had to get up at 6:30. Today I'm a zombie!! And it's going to be a very long day and evening today. I don't think I'll be building any quilts tonight when my head hits the pillow!!!

Cindyg - Did you draw pictures or use a computer program like EQ6? I hope so! It really helps to get things down on paper (or computer) so you can sleep.

I am in between groups of kids so thought I would pop in. I just started with 2 darling little preschool girls I will say that I got more out of their speech therapy session today then they did. I think I needed a fix of sweetness and they gave it to me :) I think 4 year olds are darling.

Back for a minute. Your right Carolyn about little ones. Yesterday I helped in my DGD first grade class & what a hoot they were.

Need to go water & no other yard work till the wind stops blowing.

Keep the faith

Hey ya'll. Boy am I glad to know that I am not the only one whose work interferes with the sewing time. And like BeccasMom, I keep thinking about all the projects I want to work on and planning the new ones.

Tonight I will work on my DS quilt top. I hope to get it to the LA sometime next week. Then I work on DGS and DGD's tops. I hope I can get those back before Christmas.

On well - - back to the grindstone. :(

Cindyg, no bets. I finally got hold of him and the colors are purple and ivory. He asked what had his wife said and I told him, he said he felt better with the purple and ivory. It is for his mother so I guess I will just go with that. I had him sign a contract a couple of weeks ago and that is what is on the contract but I just wanted to make sure. If she gets upset I will just have to point out what the contract had on it and he is the one that signed it.

Well, I will have to wait to do my fabric shopping for a couple of days. It is too late to go to the LQS and be back in time to take DD#3 to school. It is a bummer with her not having a car.

LOL DewDew - good thing you got that contract!

Oh, me, oh, my - I am SO trying to stay awake and get some work done. I'm sitting here right now eating chocolate and drinking coffee in hopes that all the caffiene will wake me up. This is one of those days where I wish I were going straight home from work. *yawn*

Hi everyone....I've been sewing and unsewing most of the day. I figured out yet an eaisier way to get those 'footballs' for DWR put together. I also had to get a repair person to come out and fix my heater. Now I'm going to get back to sewing for a bit.
